Insight Global is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant for their Hospital and Healthcare client in New Brunswick, NJ. This role will work in an out-patient clinic for Pulmonology. This person should want to work out-patient and have the desire to work within a Pulmonology office. The CMA will include rooming patients, assisting providers, conduct pointed care testing (glucose, pregnancy tests) etc.), administer vaccines, etc.
- 2+ years as a Certified Medical Assistant (must be Certified)
- Any healthcare experience either outpatient or inpatient
- High school diploma/GED or higher education
- EPIC EMR experience/training
- Great personality and communication
- Experience administering Injections, (vaccines, medications)
- Experience administering EKGs
- Pulmonology experience
