Insight Global's luxury retail client is hiring for an Intune Analyst. Candidates will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and managing devices via Microsoft Intune admin center, as well as building a lab for testing Windows 10 & 11. They will also provide daily and/or weekly reports to project managers on the status of the project and manage devices for Windows and mobile devices. They will perform task maintenance, engineering and support, and create and manage application packages. Candidates will factor if new technology fits the client's environment and escalate issues to Microsoft Premier support if needed by creating a ticket and managing it till remediation. They will also assist client services with all Intune and Autopilot issues. Candidates are expected to have strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and communication skills. Intune experience is the most important aspect of this role. It will be onsite 5x a week in Nutley, NJ or NYC.
