Our healthcare client located in New Jersey is seeking 3 Insurance Follow Up Representatives to join their team. These individuals will be responsible for resolving claim denials for all hospital/facility services. This will include following up with insurance payors, reviewing contract agreements, and investigating denied claims to achieve proper reimbursement. This position is held to production requirements between 45-50 claims per day. This position will be fully on-site, M-F 8AM-5PM.
6 months to 1 year of experience within hospital/facility insurance follow up, or medical billing, claim edits/claim submissions
Epic experience
Excellent communication skills
Comfortable with an on-site work environment M-F
