Insight Global is looking to add an IT Technical Support Analyst to its client team in Morris Plains, NJ. Our client is looking for a hungry, IT-loving candidate who is eager to grow their knowledge and develop in the IT space while also providing a Tier 2 level support to the team. This person will be joining a team of analysts that solution tickets in ServiceNow for the companies "Virtual Zone". 70% of issues are on Windows machines and 30% are on Mac machines, the skill this person needs to have falls above a Tier 1 level. A part of this persons day will include maintaining documentation on incoming issues via Technology Solution Zone registration tools including steps and actions to resolve issues. This candidate needs to be able to provide excellent colleague support for all technology products and services above all else. This person will be held to ensure issues are resolved in a specific timeframe per SLA (Service Level Agreement). Ideally this candidate will understand customer satisfaction to ensure the overall success of the Technology Solution Zone by presenting a positive, customer-focused image at all times! Associate or Bachelors degree in IT/Computer Science
