We are looking for an experienced 1st line analyst to join the Global IT Service Desk to provide support to our customers across the globe. Although this role is local to the US to support the business requirements in country, we support users across the globe, working with our counterparts in to provide the best support possible and always look for improvements we can bring to IT. We are always looking to help support career development, be that through training or development opportunities. This role is more than just front line with the team member being able to champion the change they would like to see and support in the team's continual improvement to provide the best service possible. The technician can work on a ticket as much as their knowledge allows.
Working within and ITIL based environment, using Service Now
- Troubleshooting and analytical skills. Ability to triage tickets to a high standard.
- Strong proactive communication and customer service skills continually updating

- Working supporting knowledge of Microsoft products, Office 365, Azure, Intune.
- Remote desktop support & Microsoft remote desktop for server side support
- Laptop imaging and setup knowledge (Hardware provisioning)
- Experience of service management tools including ServiceNow.
