Insight Global is looking for a Tier 1 Technician to sit remotely and work from Sunday - Thursday. This is a 40 hour work week and the working hours are Sunday 10:00pm EST - 6:30am EST. This resource will be growing Tier 1 and 2 support team within a global analytics company. This person will be providing remote and onsite support to internal users via Microsoft Teams chat or video call while also utilizing a ticketing system (ServiceNow). They will support 25-72 users on a daily basis. The technician will schedule time to remote into users' phone or laptop to provide support in a timely manner. Typical tasks surround software troubleshooting and could include troubleshooting Bluetooth, installing updated drivers, onboarding and setting up new equipment, or creating email distribution lists. Clear communication and customer service experience is required in this role.
