Insight Global is seeking a Jira Administrator to work remotely for a client in the pharmaceutical space. The Jira Administrator's primary responsibility is to configure ServiceNow ticketing system to enhance Jira workflows. This individual must be able to develop complex/custom dashboards using various filter types in Jira, construct Confluence pages that integrate with Jira projects, perform Atlassian installations, migrations, and plugin installations and manage user access for various Jira platforms for 500+ end users. The work will take place within a highly-matrixed, cross-functional agile environment and candidates must possess strong critical thinking skills and an independent, solution-based mentality to succeed. This role also requires excellent written and verbal communication to manage relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
5+ years' experience as a Jira Admin / Atlassian Admin
Ability to develop custom JIRA dashboards with complex schemas
Strong operational knowledge of Jira integrations with ServiceNow and Confluence
Strong experience working with Jira Cloud / Atlassian Cloud in addition to on-prem
Experience managing access controls for single sign-on, group creation, license management, etc. (LDAP and Azure access control preferred)
Ability to work independently within a dynamic agile environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proven stakeholder management
Has configured Jira to be compatible with GxP compliance in the pharma/life sciences space
Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub
Knowledge of basic DevOps principles like Git, Copado, Slack, Smartsheets, etc.
Understanding of SQL and other databases
