Job Description

Our client out of Stamford, CT is looking for a Senior Brand Manager with experience in medical marketing to bring science & medical expertise to consumers. This position reports the Director of Medical Marketing and will be responsible for providing strategy to marketing their products to HPCs (pediatricians, dermatologists, etc.) in order to reach more consumers and increase sales. They will use clinical data to support brand growth and profitable success. This individual will be responsible for managing all aspects of the business and identify new opportunities for growth via white space and innovation. This role requires a hybrid schedule of 3x a week in Stamford (if in CT or NYC) OR one day a week in Stamford and 2x a week in Florham Park (if local to NJ).

Required Skills & Experience

-BS/BA in business or marketing

-Minimum of 5 years brand management/medical sales experience in Medical, B2B, Prescription or OTC

-Well-versed and familiar with medical and skincare trends

-Understanding of the science of skincare or other medical consumer areas, as well as, experience with the Professional/Key opinion leaders (dermatologists, doctors, and pharmacists)

-Experience working with Medical Sales Representatives and Managers

-Strong knowledge of marketing principals, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.

-Experience in financial analysis and strong skillset in P&L, SOI, and Budget management

-Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, comfortable to interact with C-level executives.
