Our client is looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to join their Customer Engagement Technology Enablement group to support their integrated Salesforce Service Cloud platform. This person will work with the Medical Information business as well as technical development team to create, document, and groom user stories, and work with technical teams for enhancements. They are also looking to introduce salesforce dashboarding, reports, and alert functionality to their solution. The resource must have deep understanding of Agile Business Analysis principals, expert understanding in User Stories/Acceptance Criteria, experience partnering with development teams, and techno-functional knowledge on Salesforce.com in an enterprise environment.
5+ years' experience as an Agile/Scrum Team Business Analyst supporting an enterprise IT organization
Demonstrated success in project management and/or SDLC approach
Salesforce Administration experience
Deep experience with Agile, Jira, and User Stories
Proven experience with Salesforce Service Cloud
Experience with Salesforce Analytics, Dashboards, Reports, and Alerts
Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences background preferred
