Remote Power Apps Developer

Description of Tasks

All tasks are in support of the J&J Health Care Compliance Technology & Data Analytics strategy.

Tasks include:

* Partner with 2 to 5 people to migrate an existing Power Apps / Power Automate / SharePoint solution (called "RAMI") to use an Azure SQL Server back-end.

* Provide base business support for existing Power Platform solutions

* As needed, create additional Power Apps / SharePoint / web solutions to automate processes for a group of customers

* (skillset permitting) Use Power BI to link together data from different applications & create reports / visualizations for business users

* Additional tasks as defined by project team

* Create & maintain multi-screen Power Apps with SharePoint lists and/or SQL Server as data source

* Connect multiple SharePoint lists and/or SQL Server tables together as a data source for a single Power App

* Work through Power Apps delegation limits for apps that have 5,000 or more records within SharePoint

* Create & maintain Power Automate flows for:

o populating & manipulating SQL Server data

o populating & manipulating SharePoint data

o creating custom permissions for SharePoint lists

o sending custom HTML emails from group mailbox

* Create & maintain SharePoint modern sites

* Maintain permissions for modern SharePoint sites

* Create & manage SharePoint lists (views, lookup fields, choice fields, etc.)

1. Create technical architecture / reference documentation for SharePoint / Power Apps / Power Automate solutions

2. Power BI development & incorporation of Power BI reports/dashboards within SharePoint sites and/or Power Apps
