Job Description
Insight Global's electronics manufacturing client is looking for an Accounting Analyst to join their team at their state of the art, 21,000 sq ft facility in Fair Lawn, NJ. Since 1996 this client has provided electronics manufacturing for both military and commercial operations. This will be reporting to the Head of Finance and Materials Management while they go through a large inventory system implementation. This person will be responsible for handling AP/AR, audit support, reconciliations, sales commission tracking and calculation, expense categorization, report generation, and liaising between various internal teams. This role will involve heavy use of Excel and QuickBooks as well as report and data presentation via PowerPoint. This role is onsite 5 days a week (M-F) from 8:30AM-5PM with some flexibility on the schedule and is a permanent role with Health, Vision, Dental, 401k, Disability, PTO, and Sick time eligibility.
Relocation assistance will be provided for candidates who will move for the position.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of experience within Staff Accounting
- 5+ years of experience specifically within accounting in an onsite manufacturing environment (preferably electronics manufacturing)
- Come from a small-medium sized company with less then 20 mil in revenue and comfortable wearing multiple hats
- Strong knowledge of inventory accounting, experience being on the shop floor, etc.)
- Advanced Excel, QuickBooks, and PowerPoint experience
- Strong understanding of AP/AR, audit support, and reconciliation and categorization experience
- Excellent reporting and data presentation skills
- Detail oriented, good at prioritizing, and analytical minded
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- CPA HIGHLY preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- Payroll/ADP experience
- Ability to understand relational dependencies
- Familiarity with Word and Access databases
