Job Description
Insight Global is looking a Senior Program Delivery Manager to join the Product Success and Delivery Engineering team of a large financial client. In this role, you will work with the Delivery and Engagement leads on delivery readiness, deployment management and division (end-user) facing engagement and adoption activities. In this role, you will be responsible for building deployment schedules and ensuring a successful rollout of M365 to the cloud. Other responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
-Track any existing issues about the M365 rollout affecting business units and communicate, share status, required communications related to those issues and next steps.
-Track and ensure ownership with timelines for pre-migration activities
-Tracking and driving ownership of learnings from Microsoft 365 deployments to action
-Build program progress tracking and status reporting for Business Unit engagements
-Build, manage and execute sub-programs aligned with delivery, engagement, or adoption activities
Required Skills & Experience
-At least 5 years working in as a Technical Program Delivery Manager or Project Manager focused on cloud deployments.
-Previous experience leading a software deployment to the cloud and comfortable with the product delivery lifecycle (M365)
-Previous experience working in one of the following (Jira, Confluence)
-Expertise in building, driving, and executing a program end to end -- including understanding requirements, determining dependencies and risks, building a local though through execution planning, tracking and delivering to schedule
-Strong problem management and analytics skills (Tracking and basic commands in Excel)
-Strong communication skills (Written/verbal) with the capability to engage across product, engineering, and user teams.
-Working hours: 6am-6pm EST
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
-High-level technical understanding of Microsoft 365 suite including Teams, OneDrive, SharepointOnline, M365 Apps & VDI/SaaS/Hybrid/cloud platforms.
