Job Description

One of our largest banking clients is looking for Client Service Representatives to join their team. The Client Service team works with external clients to resolve the most complex day-to-day issues and leverages the appropriate resources to resolve their inquiries. They are responsible for the front-line communication and support of clients requests, mainly via telephone, email, or chat. They will also be responsible for building both internal partnerships as well as external relationships with the clients. There are junior, mid-level, and senior-level openings on this team. Client inquiries can range from account maintenance requests such as: checking on an account status, helping with a password reset, audit trail, etc., to more complex client issues such as: cost basis issues, wash sales, trying to open an account in a foreign country, etc. The ideal candidate is someone who has a background in Client Service within a Financial Services, Wealth Management, or Brokerage environment. These individuals must be comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced work environment, be able to do their own research or ask for help if they do not understand a client request, and be able to provide top-notch professional communication and support to their clients.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience working with asset movements (ACHs, processing wires/checks, cost basis, etc.) within a banking environment

- Experience managing different client inquiries and working with or servicing Financial Advisors or Investment Advisors

- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

- Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, OneNote)

- Professional written and verbal communication

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- CRM or Salesforce experience

- Work experience at Morgan Stanley, State Street, Northern Trust, JP Morgan, etc.
