On a day to day basis, candidates will be responsible for providing advanced technical support to the corporate office, both locally and remote for computers and applications. This hospitality client is looking for a candidate who is eager to support their peers with any technical needs. Candidates will be expected to troubleshoot phones, put images on a device, adding a printer to a laptop, connect employees to the network, and troubleshoot Windows applications. Great personality and go getter mindset is an absolute must because they will be client facing and occasionally supporting high level executives. Ideal candidates will have very strong experience in a fast paced work environment. Candidates will be required to come onsite in Parsippany 5x a week, and will have the possibility of a hybrid schedule of 3x at a later date.
