Business Analyst (Level III)

Locations: NJ NC TX

Focus of role is on headcount resources as well as operational risk tracking and audit progress/application status tracking/organizational best practices/general portfolio requests

Managing existing business management team to build reports and manage supporting functions of the financials and works directly with other functional and development managers in the technology organization

Interactions daily with all levels of the organization reviewing and gaining feedback on resource changes on-boarding/off-boarding reporting metrics and central team reporting

Resource plans forecast vs. actual

Quarterly business/organizational reviews headcount ratios hiring status financials etc.

Resource management hiring requests and approvals forecasting on-boarding mandatory training tracking contract/contractor management

Act as coordinator between corporate governance team and the project managers to ensure alignment in the usage of the internal tools used to track cross-LOB programs within Global Technology

Work with the PMs on developing their forecasts resources budget and working with globally distributed teams to coordinate various project information
