Tech Writer/Cloud Documentation Specialist

They will be working with system admins, network admins, developers etc to put together processes and documentation on their internal Wiki on the integration of 2 companies and the process on moving to the cloud.

* Experience reading technical jargon

* Background in an Infrastructure (NOT software development environment) documenting processes

* Public cloud experience

* Bachelors or graduate degree in a writing-intensive field (e.g., English or communications) OR Bachelors or graduate degree in a computing-related field (e.g., computer science) with a communications or writing minor

* 1-2 years of technical writing experience

* Experience with Visio for technical documentation and templates.

* Superb communication and writing skills. This includes (but is not limited to):

o An ability to grasp technical concepts and translate into clear, easily understandable content

o Proficiency in the English language and technical writing best practices

* General understanding of networks, databases, and/or information security

* Ability to thrive in both team and self-managed environments

* PLUS: Any Fintech/banking background
