Our client is looking for a Lead IT Business Analyst to join their Customer Engagement Technology Enablement group to support a large Code Cleanup project. They've recently moved a major program away from Saleforce.com to a new Digital Experience Suite, and there is a large backlog of User Stories tied to the existing Salesforce.com platform that are now obsolete. There are custom integrations tied to the existing stories that must be considered. This person will work with the Medical Information business as well as technical development team to understand the existing user stories and work with technical teams using Agile processes to Close them out. The resource must have deep understanding of Agile Business Analysis principals, expert understanding in User Stories/Acceptance Criteria, experience partnering with development teams, and techno-functional knowledge on Salesforce.com in an enterprise environment.
5+ years' experience as an Agile/Scrum Team Business Analyst supporting an enterprise IT organization
Demonstrated success in project management and/or SDLC approach
Deep experience with Agile, Jira, and User Stories
Proven experience with CRM and/or Salesforce.com
Pharmaceutical/Life Sciences background preferred
SFDC Service Cloud, Lightning, Experience/Community Cloud
Experience with customer-facing web portal projects
Pharmaceutical experience (GxP)
