Insight Global is looking for a Project Manager to join the Real Estate and Technology Integration Team for one of our largest financial clients. This opportunity requires you to be onsite in downtown Dallas 3X a week and will be an ongoing contract with the opportunity to go fulltime. The Real Estate Integration team is responsible for identifying the equipment needed and engineering required in order to provide the right technology as the company puts up new buildings and reengineers existing spaces. These buildouts take place as the company continues to expand and make acquisitions of other companies. As the project manager, you will be assigned 1 to 10 projects at a time depending on the size and scope. We are looking for someone who comes from a background in infrastructure, so that you feel comfortable giving push back to various technology teams to help guide these projects. In addition, it will be helpful for you to have prior experience working within real estate planning, tracking budget / delivery timelines, have strong documentation skills and ability to communicate with technology teams.
-At least 5 years working as a project manager preferably in the field of real estate planning
-Previous experience working in technology infrastructure and what technology goes into a building
-Basic PM skills -- budgeting, tracking delivery timelines, coordinating with technology teams and stakeholders
-Experience utilizing one of the following tools (Jira, Confluence, MS Project)
