Job Description
An employer is looking for an IT Project Manager for an enterprise-wide Complaints Management System implementation within their large Global Medical Affairs program. They are looking to replace the multiple systems in their current environment by creating one unified system by implementing Veeva as a SaaS-based solution. The ideal candidate will have strong delivery IT Project Management skills and previous experience implementing Veeva for a large Life Sciences or Pharmaceutical company. The systems they are replacing interact with global teams the business and IT specifically within Digital Manufacturing, Quality, Research Labs, Drug Safety, Pharmacovigilance and Medical Affairs. The system is for intaking complaints, inquiries, and reporting. The goal of the project is to disperse scientific information and content for medical affairs complaints and inquiries in a single, global solution for more efficient communication. Medical affairs teams can create, approve, and deliver scientific information, providing users access to the latest content with visibility across all channels and geographies. The Veeva system will support the end-to-end medical inquiry process, from intake and case management to fulfillment and reporting, eliminating the need for multiple systems and integrations.
Required Skills & Experience
-5+ years of experience partnering with business and technical teams as an IT Project Manager
-Experience implementing Veeva SaaS-based solutions, experience Leading complex projects with significant organizational impact.
-5+ years working within the Pharma or Life Sciences Industry understanding GXP best practices
-Works closely with Implementation supplier, functional and Technical Leads to ensure end-user readiness and adoption of Veeva solutions
-Partners with Technical owners and Functional business Leads to align on communication and capability development plans
-Strong understanding of SDLC, supports to embed agile ways of working across implementation framework, change management experience running large transformation programs
-5+ years of experience in the development and delivery of high-quality communication and capability development programs, particularly in technical and science-based fields
-Experience in successfully leading a large global projects or functions where people are challenged and developed to enhance business value.
-Experience leading change for the delivery of projects and assignments to demanding deadlines with minimal direction and leadership.
-Ability to lead matrix teams, actively engage with networks and end-users across a large, globally dispersed organization
-Highly effective verbal, written, presentation and communications skills, organizational planning skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-moving environment.
