Job Description

An employer in central New Jersey is looking for a Manager to oversee Business Operations in a global IT Environment. This person should have a strong technical and process improvement background. They will be leading and improving governance, facilitating third party vendor communication, negotiating contracts/SLAS, managing and improving financial status, budgets and forecasts, and conduct information sessions to educate scope and terms of contracts across the network organization.

Required Skills & Experience

-Lead the supplier management, governance, financial processes and continuous improvement responsibilities

-Engage in financial management including budget responsibilities, TEMS and Billing, and ordering processes for network services.

-Oversee and ensure that external providers and resources deliver on business outcomes and contractual obligations

-Learn about oversight of the governance process, policy and procedure consistency, compliance management, issue management and action item management processes

-Lead contract reviews, RFPs, benchmarking activities to ensure cost and quality excellence.

-Assure contract compliance as well as achievement of SLAs and other contractual obligations.

-Lead all aspects of financial planning and analysis for network. Approve actions for financial management, TEMS and Billing.

-Partner with IT Finance to establish and maintain the internal budget, forecasting and updates to align financials with strategy and operational requirements

-Work with service providers and internal resources to ensure appropriate delivery and operational management of governance, policy, compliance, and operational processes

-Develop and execute continuous improvement plans include business cases to support proposed improvements.
