Overseeing cash flow management, reporting, and recording details and implementing period closings for all business units
Providing forecasted Cash Flow, Balance Sheets, and Income statements in GAAP format on a monthly basis and variance analysis from plan to results
The employee will learn and understand the cost drivers of all the offerings of the Company as well as participate in and support the development of research and development investments in technology and related capitalization and amortization of the assets.
Responsible for revenue recognition, accruals, deferrals, prepaids, depreciation, etc.
Review GL, AR & AP postings
Review monthly bank reconciliations
Responsible for balance sheet reconciliations and expense analysis
Review expense reports
Assisting with the budgeting and variance analysis
Assisting with the provision of schedules to support the audit process
Prepare and review monthly sales and use tax filings for multiple states
Assist with corporate tax filings
Ad hoc tasks and special projects as needed
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint)
Advanced knowledge of Excel is required
Excellent communication, writing and organizational skills

Experience with QuickBooks, ConnectWise a plus
Understanding of GAAP and application
3 to 5 years Corporate experience preferably in a Technology environment
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required with CPA preferred
