A fast-growing cybersecurity startup is seeking a Senior Solutions Engineer to join its Sales Team. As a Senior Solutions Engineer, you will report directly to the VP of Solutions Engineering. You will partner with an Account Executive in your respective territory to develop and execute account strategy to generate revenue for the company. As a Senior Solutions Engineer (SE), you will support sales productivity and deal flow by showcasing the technical value of the solution and securing the "technical close." You will meet with Director-level and above stakeholders within IT, IS, and Engineering departments to scope complex service projects and to conduct POCs and demos. Extensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) is critical for this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing startup and spearhead its rapid growth! This role is permanent and needs to be local to the northeast. You will be required to visit the company's headquarters in Newark, NJ frequently and travel on-site to meet with customers.
* 7+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer selling Identity and Access Management (IAM) related services and technology to Fortune 500 companies
* Extensive knowledge of Identity and Access Management
* Experience conducting POC's with complex solutions
* Experience writing technical proposals, statements of work and accurately scoping complex service projects
* Experience selling to clients in the Financial Services sector
* Understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions and concepts
* Understanding of Active Directory
