Senior Claims Review Nurse

Our large healthcare client located in Camden, NJ is seeking a Claims Review Nurse to join their Revenue Cycle Team. On a day-to-day basis this individual will be responsible for timely completion of medical record reviews for charge integrity and medical necessity. They will work with auditors to identify and support documentation as requested for medications, implants, treatments, supplies and equipment. It is also the Claims Review Nurse's responsibility to identify gaps in charge capture and work collaboratively with the department leaders to reduce future charge loss.

- Current NJ Nursing License

- 2+ years of hands on clinical experience

- 2+ years of experience in Medical Records Review, Coding, or Medical Billing

- Advanced within Excel

- Experience within an EMR (EPIC, Cerner or NextGen)
