Job Description
A leading payments company in the healthcare space is seeking a Project Implementation Manager to join their Sales Operations team, with the core responsibility of managing the implementation/onboarding process for newly acquired customers. The Project Implementation Manager will have a thorough, technical understanding of each of the company's product offerings and will be the primary point of contact for new clients to ensure they understand the offerings, can customize the approach that best suits their needs/budget and drives the implementation process through delivery. Success in this role requires strong internal and external communication to ensure client needs are clearly defined, requirements are allocated to the appropriate internal resources for delivery, project timelines are instituted and process improvement methods are implemented throughout the onboarding process. The PIM will be able to identify bottlenecks, mitigate/navigate any issues and ensure the implementation is completed on time, within scope and meets the agreed upon requirements before transitioning the client to the Customer Success team to manage future communication.
Minimum Requirements
5 years of project management and/or product management experience
Proven customer onboarding/product implementation experience
Healthcare provider / Third Party Administrator (TPA) background
Knowledge of Jira/Confluence, Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Excellent communication and ability to operate within fast-paced, ambiguous environment
Bachelors degree
