Job Description
We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our initiative in the Release Management area. In this role, you will be responsible for the Release Management planning, support, and execution of this critical function. In addition to having a technical competency, the position requires the ability to effectively work with a geographically diverse team to build and leverage relationships.
To be effective, you will work with key stakeholders of QA, Development, DevOps, Production Support, and program leadership. By demonstrating and promoting agile behaviors, you will evolve and sustain an innovative agile culture.

You will be encouraged to quickly gain understanding of the components of releases to multiple environments and tenants and to best understand scheduling, roadmaps, and best practices to be effective in this role.

This individual must be willing to go onsite for one week a month during the team's connect onsite week. They should be local to Merrimack NH, Boston, Smithfield RI, NYC or Westlake Texas. They must also be able to commit to once a month off hours installation (overnight shift) this will be remote.
Minimum Requirements
* 5+ years of experience in Release Management and/or Operational Support in the financial services industry
* Familiarity with ITIL framework and/or Agile Project Management
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
Desired Skills
* Experience in Web/cloud application releases is a plus
* Understanding of Continuous Integration / Continuous Delivery technologies and processes a plus
* Experience in incident management and problem management is a plus
