Job Description

Leads onsite logistics and warehousing operations, overseeing shipping, receiving, and material flow to ensure safety, quality, delivery, cost, and housekeeping goals are met. Partners with internal teams, suppliers, logistics providers, and customers to drive operational efficiency, implement best practices, and improve overall operational and financial performance.

Required Skills & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, Engineering, or a related field.

· 8+ years of leadership experience in logistics, warehousing, or transportation.

· Experience with SAP or similar inventory and logistics systems.

· Background in Lean or Six Sigma environments (certification is a plus).

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

· Strong expertise in inventory control and, ideally, international logistics.

· A data-driven mindset with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· A collaborative leader with exceptional communication skills and a passion for developing teams.
