Job Description
This is a consultative sales position—not traditional cold calling. Sales representatives work with qualified inbound inquiries and proactively follow up with warm outbound leads who have expressed interest by requesting information, subscribing to our email list, attending an event, or downloading educational resources from our website. Successful candidates enjoy helping people, are motivated by achieving goals, and thrive in a relationship-based sales environment.
Primary Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to inbound sales inquiries.
- Proactively contact qualified outbound leads who have previously expressed interest in Fantasy RV Tours through our website, events, email subscriptions, or educational downloads.
- Build relationships with prospective guests and guide them through the sales process.
- Match customers with the RV tours that best fit their interests and travel goals.
- Consistently achieve individual sales goals and performance expectations.
- Accurately prepare sales agreements and customer documentation.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3+ years of experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or another customer-facing role with demonstrated success building relationships and achieving goals.
- Experience in a high outbound calling position.
- Strong desire to build a successful sales career and consistently achieve performance goals.
- Excellent communication and active listening skills.
- Strong closing and follow-up abilities.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Comfortable learning new technology, including Salesforce and other CRM systems.
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
- Experience using Salesforce CRM or another customer relationship management system.
- Experience in the RV, travel, hospitality, tourism, or recreation industries.
- Experience working remotely.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365.
