Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Administrator to own the day to day health, optimization, and strategic direction of our Salesforce environment. This role will serve as the primary Salesforce problem solver, partner closely with business stakeholders, and manage an external Salesforce agency to ensure priorities are executed effectively. The ideal candidate has deep Salesforce experience, has led a Classic to Lightning transition, and understands how Salesforce integrates with external systems and websites.
Key Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex Salesforce issues, translating business requests into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Identify root causes of system issues (e.g., duplicated or locked automated leads) and drive resolution
• Serve as the primary Salesforce subject matter expert for internal stakeholders and leadership
• Manage and direct an external Salesforce agency (Prudent), setting priorities and overseeing execution while the agency handles development work
• Lead and support the transition from Salesforce Classic to Salesforce Lightning
• Maintain and optimize Salesforce integrations, including website communication and third party tools
• Support and maintain Conga (formerly Konga) for document generation and workflows
• Oversee Salesforce processes supporting thousands of credit card transactions annually
• Focus on Salesforce system functionality, integrations, and performance rather than Agile/Scrum methodologies

Required Skills & Experience
• 5+ years of hands on Salesforce BA/Admin experience
• Proven experience leading or implementing a Salesforce Classic to Lightning migration
• Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills within Salesforce environments
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• Working knowledge of SQL and data structures
