* 5+ years of experience in structural engineering for industrial or energy projects
* Proficiency in structural analysis and design software (e.g., STAAD, RISA, SAP2000)
* Strong understanding of steel and concrete design principles
* Experience with equipment support structures and elevated platforms
* Familiarity with applicable codes and standards (e.g., AISC, ACI, ASCE)
* Ability to produce detailed structural drawings and specifications
* Comfortable working independently in a remote, cross-functional environment
