Our client is seeking 2 hardworking and reliable Ranch Hands / Handymen to support daily ranch operations and help maintain facilities and equipment. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, variety in daily tasks, and contributing to a working ranch in a remote and beautiful location.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform general maintenance and repair of ranch structures, facilities, and equipment
Complete basic plumbing, carpentry, painting, and electrical tasks as needed
Assist with setup, upkeep, and repairs of RV housing and utility systems (fuel, water, septic)
Support ranch operations, including deliveries, fence repairs, landscaping, and vehicle fueling
Operate small equipment and power tools safely and efficiently
Respond to maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner
Maintain clean and organized workspaces, tools, and storage areas

Previous experience in general maintenance, construction, or handyman work is preferred
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and carpentry skills
Ability to troubleshoot and perform a wide range of repairs
Physically capable of lifting, bending, and working outdoors in all weather conditions
Self-starter with a strong work ethic and problem-solving mindset
Must have a valid drivers license; experience operating ranch vehicles and equipment is a plus
