Job Description

The Sr. Construction Manager manages multiple construction teams for a specific project or multiple projects. This oversight and management includes schedule coordination with subcontractor trades, material and equipment procurement, utility, structure, and vendor tool installations, resolving day to day construction issues, performing day to day inspections to ensure compliance with plans and specifications while tracking project schedule and budget. The Sr. Construction Manager is also responsible for coordinating permanent equipment/materials, construction equipment, and other construction activities to meet or exceed construction schedule deadlines

Required Skills & Experience

* 15+ years' experience in construction supervision required.

o 10+ years' experience in managing field personnel required.

o Industry background: manufacturing, industrial, vertical buildings, GC

* Experience driving trades workers to meet safety, schedule, and production milestones is required.

* Bachelor's degree in engineering or construction management field

o Ideally coming from an engineering/project engineering background within civil, electrical, or mechanical discipline

* Experience managing a team of superintendents, and field crews for both electrical and mechanical scopes.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

- Battery Storage industry background (BESS)
