Job Description
Insight Global is seeking an experienced Assistant Electrical Site Manager to assist our Site Manager on our data center project in Reno, Nevada. This role involves assisting with multiple buildings on campus and ensuring the successful completion of electrical installations and maintenance. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in past electrician work and be willing to travel for a 10-day on(Mon-Following Wed), 4-day off schedule(Thurs-Sun).
Job Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with another site manager on a rotating schedule (10 days on, 4 days off).
○ Work Monday to the following Wednesday, with weekends dedicated to admin needs for the project.
○ Fly home Thursday-Sunday for rest and recuperation and they will rotate another ASM in the meantime.
• Assist the Site Manager in overseeing mechanical installations and maintenance.
• Coordinate with other site managers and team members to ensure project milestones are met.
• Supervise and support field engineers and other mechanical staff.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues as they arise.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of mechanical work and project progress.
• Collaborate with other departments to integrate mechanical systems with electrical and structural components.
Bonus Structure
• Bonus Program: Performance-based bonuses ranging from $7,000 to $15,000 at the end of the year, with potential for bi-annual payouts depending on job site performance.
• Transportation: No company truck provided, you will need to use your own vehicle for travel. There will be a gas allowance of 67 cents per mile.
Business Expenses: Company credit card for travel, flights, and other business-related expenses.

Required Skills & Experience
• 4-5 years of experience in mechanical work both HVAC and Plumbing.
• Proven experience in assisting job sites and mechanical projects.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
• Project site is in Reno, NV (Candidates are recommended to live at least under 6 hours to the job site - Reno, NV)
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
• Experience with liquid to chip data center service chips and liquid-cooled systems.
• Experience with Procore and Touchplan software.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong understanding of mechanical systems and their integration in data centers.
• Strong understanding of the data center path and its full life cycle from beginning to end.
