As the Oracle FP&A Functional Specialist, you will lead the design, development, and implementation of Oracle FP&A solutions, ensuring they align with business needs and enterprise architecture. You will engage with business stakeholders, technology leaders, and Agile teams to understand and address their requirements, fostering open communication and trust.
You will oversee configurations, perform technical dependency analysis, and support upgrade and patch management, incident management, and unit testing. Overseeing financial planning tasks, you will ensure efficient data processing and development of reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions using Oracle Essbase tools. Additionally, you will create comprehensive documentation, training materials, and conduct knowledge transfer sessions to ensure stakeholders can effectively utilize the FP&A solutions.

Extensive experience in Oracle Essbase Cube and Fusion Cloud.
Partner with business process owners on financial data matters.
Ability to understand and enhance financial reports, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
Experience in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
Strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication.
Ability to connect, listen, and influence stakeholders, including the enterprise CFO.
Oracle EPM experience
Oracle Certifications.
Agile Certifications (e.g., Scrum).
Proven record of multiple successful Oracle EPM implementations.
