5+ years of experience in a customer-facing or internal support role.
Previous titles may include data entry, quality analysis, technical support, help desk, IT support, executive assistant, or customer service representative.
Understanding of electrical and mechanical systems in data centers or mission-critical facilities.
High-level communication skills with the ability to interact with multiple teams.
Proficiency in Outlook.
Effective deadline management.
Strong organizational skills.
Efficient interaction with computing systems.
Excellent oral and written communication skills for direct contact, phone, email, and instant messaging, as well as documenting incidents and an ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced, sometimes pressured environment.
Military experience.
Experience with ticketing systems.
Technical background in mechanical and HVAC systems.
