Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other communications.

Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

Maintain organized filing systems and office supplies.

Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.

Assist with special projects and events as needed.

Provide general administrative support to team members

Required Skills & Experience

College degree

1+ years of experience as an administrative assistant

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
