The ideal candidate will be fluent in both English and Japanese, with experience in sales and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to customers and assisting with troubleshooting. You will also play a key role in driving customer satisfaction and onboarding through proactive outreach and relationship management. Your strong language skills and commitment to delivering a best-in-class customer experience will be essential to the success of this position.

Fluency in both English and Japanese, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, customer service, or customer success role (preferably in a technology environment)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and other relevant software
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and a positive user experience
