Insight Global is seeking an experienced and dynamic Director of Google Ads Account Management to lead a Google Ads team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in Google Ads sales and management. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent leadership skills and a deep understanding of digital marketing trends.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy: Lead and mentor a team of Google Ads account managers, providing guidance and support to achieve client goals.
Campaign Management: Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of Google Ads campaigns to ensure maximum ROI for clients.
Client Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs and providing strategic recommendations.
Performance Analysis: Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Sales & Growth: Drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing client accounts.
Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including SEO, content, and design teams, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing strategies.
Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on campaign performance and business impact to clients and senior management.
Compensation:
$120,000/yr to $150,000/yr
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in Google Ads sales and management
Strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a strategic mindset.
In-depth understanding of Google Ads, PPC strategies, and digital marketing trends.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a team, with strong project management skills.
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
