- 1+ years of experience in a help desk/desk side support role in a corporate environment
- Must have an active A+ certification.
- Must have 1+ years of experience supporting/troubleshooting Mac/Apple products (accounts for about 20% of their machines)
- This role will be 50% Help desk and 50% deskside support.
- Culture fit and customer service is extremely important as they are supporting internal switch employees.
