Insight Global is seeking a Technical Business Analyst to join our casino clients team to support in the cleaning up of application usage across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will use the data gathered by Data Entry Specialists to analyze and determine which applications need to be retained or retired. They will also be responsible for documentation, setting standards, and ensuring data integrity. Experience with Opera is a plus. In this role, you will analyze data to determine application retention or retirement, document processes, standards, and findings, set and maintain data management standards, collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity, and utilize Opera, Service Now and other tools to support data analysis and decision-making.
Responsibilities:
· Analyze data gathered by Data Entry Specialists to determine application retention or retirement.
· Document processes, standards, and findings to ensure clarity and consistency.
· Set and maintain standards for data management and analysis.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Utilize Opera and other relevant tools to support data analysis and decision-making.

· Past experience working as a Business Analyst on multiple applications in a large enterprise environment
· Experience utilizing Service Now and Microsoft Power Applications
· Proficiency in documentation and setting standards.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with various stakeholders.
· Experience with Opera or similar tools.
· Knowledge of data management best practices.
