Insight Global is looking for 6 benefits call center representatives to join our large Casino operator client's team on site in Las Vegas, Nevada. Responsibilities will include utilizing the case management system to respond to benefits cases accurately and within SLA, communicating with employees via phone, email, letter, and chat to resolve benefits-related issues, and collaborating with HR and external vendors. Representatives will support benefits processes such as open enrollment, new hire/termination processing, and life events, and approve pending benefits administration events in Workday. They will review employee documents for compliance with company policies, work in a call center environment handling calls from 8-5, review and process tuition reimbursement requests, resolve escalated benefits cases, and recommend process improvements. Maintaining employee confidentiality and adhering to HIPAA regulations is essential. Additional duties include resolving disputes and overseeing compliance and health and welfare plan administration.
Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
