Insight Global is seeking 2 Service Desk Specialists to join our client's team! Golden Entertainment is looking for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the IT field. These Specialists would work either a swing shift or graveyard shift onsite at The Stratosphere Casino. They would be intaking calls related to things such as password resets, setting up applications like Outlook, and reporting other IT issues. · 1 year of IT related experience (password resets, account creation, etc.)
· 1 year of customer service experience
· Experience working within Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)
· Experience working within a ticketing system
· Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming License
Enterprise level experience
