The Sr. Software Engineer will be a key contributor to the engineering team, responsible for developing and
maintaining various windows and web applications and integration processes used by both internal and
external customers. The Sr. Software Engineer plays a crucial role in the success of our business, providing
technical leadership within the team and assisting with continuous improvement efforts in architecture,
coding practices, and engineering methodology. The Sr. Software Engineer uses a variety of programming
languages to deliver secure, clean, testable, well-documented, reusable code, and optimize performance of
server-side operations. The qualified candidate will have deep programming language knowledge with
expertise in multiple technologies, possess a continuous learning mindset, be self-motivated, be able to work.
autonomously, and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment. This position will require occasional afterhours support.

* Experience with Test Driven Development practices.
* Familiarity with DevOps best practices and automation of testing, build, and deployment.
* Experience using system monitoring tools (e.g. New Relic, Azure Application Insights).
* Azure PaaS experience.
