Insight Global is excited to bring on a new Desktop Support Technician to join our team at our local Utility company here in Las Vegas, NV. This person will have the ability to support users located in a variety of states such Nevada, California, and Arizona. This role will be responsible for travelling with their team once a year to visit these offices to refresh their technology. When the team isn't travelling, they are supporting a variety of technology for their Corporate HQ's here in Las Vegas. As a close-knit team, we are looking for candidates that have a passion for IT, solution-oriented thinking, with a go-getter demeanor.
- At least 3+ years of experience acting as a Desktop Technician, preferably 5+ or more in an enterprise environment
- Experience resolving tickets via ticketing system such as Service Now or Remedy
- Experience assisting in technology refreshes
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to travel to Arizona, Northern Nevada, and parts of California. This will occur once a year for about 3 weeks straight!
