Job Description

We are looking a Helpdesk Technician in Las Vegas, NV! Our client is looking to expand their Helpdesk team and is looking for a great customer service helpdesk technician with level 2 and above experience to help continue the growth of their IT sector. This person will work on a team of 5 and will be taking 30-50 calls a day to be helping with basic troubleshooting. They will be responsible for troubleshooting tickets over the phone with 400-500 internal employees. They will be solving basic issues such as Password Resets, Printer troubleshooting, Email connectivity, Installation of O365 on both mobile and web, and application installs. All support will aimed to be done remotely on-site, but some deskside support will be necessary as well. Looking for a patient and motivated self-starter who seeks to solve issues on their own. COVID vaccination required.

Required Skills & Experience

* 1+ years of Helpdesk, Service Desk or IT Technician experience

* Experience troubleshooting basic issues such as password resets, application support, PC diagnostics, imaging, server issues, deployments, setups, network terminations, etc.

* Ability to take 30-50 calls per day and act as first line of defense for any customer issues

* COVID Vaccination Required

* Must be trustworthy, able to work alone, prioritize, triage, etc. for they will be working alone on Saturday/Sunday
