Job Description
We are looking for an experienced and motivated REMOTE ERP Product Manager to join our team. You will oversee 2-3 Business Analysts and also provide guidance and leadership to associate analysts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of ERP projects. This team supports over 50+ products ranging from Financial, ERP, HR, Payroll and some IT related projects. Our client currently has 4 ERP/finance systems which consists of legacy iseries/as400 (Infinium and lawson) that the organization will be merging into one enterprise system.In addition to this, this team will then work on implementing a new timekeeping solutions. The projects over the next 3+ years will all be brand new integrations for this team that will work collectively across various business verticals. This resource can be remote in any of the approved states: Nevada, Arizona, Kentucky, Kansas, Louisiana, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Mississippi, Missouri, Ohio, Pennsylvania
Required Skills & Experience
* 5+ years of experience as a . Business Analyst, Product Manager, Technology Initiatives Manager
* Managing ERP integration projects, system consolidations, or new HR/Finance product implementations
* Previous experience working in an enterprise environment handling multiple projects at a time
* Able to gather requirements from various teams, strong documentation skills, understand full project processes through beginning to end
* Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and problem-solving skills
Nice to Have Skills & Experience
* Previous experience working in a gaming environment
