Aristocrat is looking for 2 IT Support Technicians to join their team and be responsible for providing professional, high quality I.T. Helpdesk customer service to internal employees. They will be looked at to perform duties in a fast paced, high intensity and team-oriented environment. Answering tickets regarding password resets, user access and tier 1 support using Servicenow. This person will be helping provide user assistance via phone, email, walkup, and remote support to employees not onsite.
Experience working in a Windows/Mac environment.
Experience working with active directory for user access/user identity.
Experience managing a ticketing queue (Service now)
Experience troubleshooting both hardware and software related issues.
Helpdesk/Service Desk experience in large Enterprise environment
