Insight Global is seeking two Network Infrastructure Technicians to join our client's team on-site in Las Vegas, NV! This team consists of two teams, focusing on installations and troubleshooting. We are looking for a tech to join each of these teams. Candidate should have a strong understanding of basic network infrastructure technologies and have excellent teamwork capabilities. There should be no scheduling restrictions to accommodate an on-call schedule and training rotations throughout the year. * 1+ years of experience in the technology or telecom industries.
* Basic understanding of network connectivity and technologies.
* Familiar with using a ticketing system to respond to customer needs.
* Comfortable working in a Microsoft and Outlook environment.
* Must be willing to work different shifts for training rotations and overtime during busier times of year.
* Experience in Service Now ticketing system.
* Equiptment terminal access applications (Ex. Putty, SSH, CRT)
* Field Replaceable Units (FRU's) on multiple hardware platforms.
* Understanding of cabling specifications such as CAT 3, CAT 5, and CAT 6.
