Our client is looking for 5 Helpdesk Technicians to join their team in preparations for a new casino opening! These individuals will be highly motivated and committed to helping a team in need of technicians to handle the IT calls they are receiving. These Technicians will be remotely guiding internal employees and external customers through various IT issues and may remote into their computers as well. Any issues needing to be handled deskside or hands on will be escalated to the on-property technicians. These individuals will be trained on the proprietary applications they will help to troubleshoot but need to have the IT savvy to learn quickly or help other areas of the business when needed. This team is on a mission and the success of each individual technician will be taken into account at the end of the contract duration, and could potentially lead to a full time hire. The technicians will be able to eat for free on a one hour lunch, but will need to be flexible in their ability to work!

Required Skills & Experience

Must Haves

* Previous IT Experience or Schooling

* Experience Remotely Troubleshooting Active Directory, Password Resets, POS terminals, etc

* Previous Call Center Experience

* NEED TO BE RELIABLE AND WILLING

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

* Gaming Experience or Current Gaming License
