Insight Global is seeking 1 Corporate IT Deskside Support Tech to join our client's team! Golden Entertainment is looking to bring on an experienced individual who will sit at their Corporate location and be the first line of defense for any issues related to their IT Hardware, Software, and devices. This individual will be interacting almost exclusively with high level stakeholders and needs to have the ability to resolve issues in a professional manner and conduct themselves effectively around the companies executives. The Deskside support tech will be on call and answering tickets for active directory, computer issues, mobile device issues and more.
