We are looking for a Sr. Business Analyst to join the IT Initiatives team at one of our largest hospitality clients here in Las Vegas. This is a hybrid position that will require you to work onsite two - three days out of the week. We are looking for a senior business analyst to join our team and support our risk and emergency management, building management, design, and construction IT projects. You will be responsible for analyzing business needs, documenting requirements, defining success criteria, conducting KPI analysis and developing support plans for various IT systems and solutions. You will also act as a liaison between the business stakeholders and the IT team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
* 3+ years of experience in a Business Analyst role in the design & construction IT space
o Risk and Emergency Management and Building Management
* Knowledge of Physical Access Control systems, Badging, ID Verification Software, Hard Key Management Systems, Building Management Controls (Genetec, Omnigo, or other similar badging software applications)
* Act as the Liaison for Design & Construction IT Projects
* Analysis and writing skills are critical
* Work with various team to gather and document requirements to define success criteria & KPI analysis
